  For each day there is a calendar style planner allowing you to simply drag your chosen items of food and exercise items from the activities panel.  A useful daily analysis can be viewed and printed and also make personal diary notes.  
         
 

  Activities can be scheduled ahead and popup reminders displayed for upcoming events, you can use the calendar to navigate between dates and also move or copy activities for entire days to make keeping up to date easier.
